Our offices offer comfortable, welcoming, pressure-free environments. Often people are nervous to go to a new office to be tested, so we aren’t the sterile medical facility that most people associate with a doctor’s office.
We take the time with each of our clients to build trusting relationships and learn about their specific hearing problems and needs. After a hearing evaluation and hearing aid demo, we will figure out our best recommendation and decide how to move forward.
In addition to our two locations, we offer mobile services and will come directly to your home or nursing facility. Unlike some other practices, our mobile program is not just an afterthought. All of our equipment is geared to be mobile, from our audiometer to our repair equipment, dehumidifier, and hearing verification system. If anyone has a hard time getting to one of our offices, we can offer the same quality of service if we come to you.
We feel strongly about our mobile program because it was disheartening to hear that so many people didn’t do something about their hearing earlier simply due to difficulty getting to an office. So we have taken that out of the equation—everyone deserves better hearing!
Please note: we do require a table and access to electricity for our equipment during the home visit. Please allow us some time to bring in and set up our equipment, but beyond that, it is the exact same experience as visiting our offices.
We are able to accept any insurance that has out-of-network benefits. Ideally, we would like insurance information before the appointment so we can submit it ahead of time for an easier, more efficient visit at the office.
Unfortunately, many health insurance providers do not currently offer coverage for hearing aids. However, we do offer financing through HealhiPlan with two options: a 12-month, interest free option, and a 48-month option with a competitive interest rate.
